For 3D or 2D animation properties in any of the following
formats: feature films, television or shorts.
1: Material
Assessment: Review production plans. Provide feedback and advice, verbal
and or written, to the producer on materials. From the point of view of an
executive/buyer, provide strategic input on the business/production plan with
regards to both production and development of the property. Note: This process
is most effective when a script is also provided for review in conjunction with
the production plan materials.
2: Production Planning: Working
with the key principles on a project, create an overall production and or
development strategy. The plan includes a schedule, budget and assumptions.
3: Chart of Accounts: Work with producers and or accountants to
create a chart of accounts for budgeting and accounting purposes.
4:
Project Mentoring: Work with producers/creators on an ongoing basis to
trouble-shoot, give guidance, for those projects in production.
