1: Talent Identification: Assist
producers/creators in identifying animation talent for production: i.e.
writers, artists, directors, and agents as needed to a project. Provide
guidance in the deal-making process if required.
2: Business Plans
for Animation Investors: Work with investors to analyze properties, prepare
business plans and distribution strategies for projects and or studios.
3: Tracking System Planning and Development: Analyze and review
production tracking systems. Work with teams to develop systems that
effectively manage the status of production.
4: Training
Workshops: Prepare and spearhead workshops for executives, production
management teams etc. with regards to various aspects of the animation
industry.
